For our monthly date, we went to a cooking class where we made cinnamon rolls, donuts, pastries, and scones. We had a really fun chef working with us and it was a GREAT time! It took me a while to follow directions (some things were pre-measured and some weren’t. I had a hard time not being in control of the whole process) and I was a little aggressive with my kneading of the dough.
