Ward Christmas Party

The primary was in charge of the ward Christmas party which was scheduled for Hunter’s birthday.  I tried to make him feel special but I had a lot on my plate that day.  We decorated the gym, made pulled pork sandwiches and had a talent show.  I felt responsible for kicking the evening off and choreographed a synchronized swimming routine with four other women serving in primary to “Mrs Claus Ain’t Got Nothin’ on Me.”  Hunter build a lego display.  He also participated in the gymnastics act along with McKenna and several other primary children.  RJ went out of his way to show his support and did an awesome Steve Irwin skit.  He came in with a halo and wings (don’t forget the short shorts) and reenacted Steve’s most memorable moments.
